Yes — at checkout you can schedule pickup or delivery up to three days ahead, in 15-minute windows within opening hours.

Every bowl lets you remove ingredients, swap the dressing and add extras. If you want full control, Build Your Own starts from a blank bowl.

Each kitchen has its own delivery zones — enter your sector or area at checkout and we'll confirm coverage, fee and timing before you pay. Coverage grows as we add kitchens.

Bowls are composed when you order — a 12–18 minute kitchen window (your bowl's assembly, plus whatever is ahead of it on the line), then your zone's riding time on top. You'll see a live estimate for your kitchen and zone at checkout, and can track your order after.

Yes — direct orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in the header ride free. Below that, the zone fee is shown before you pay.

They're careful estimates computed from each bowl's actual recipe, not lab-verified figures. Hand-composed food varies slightly bowl to bowl. Allergen information is maintained per ingredient — always check the allergen list if you have a serious allergy.

Plenty. Filter the menu by dietary tags, or build your own — the builder shows allergens and dietary flags live as you compose.

Produce is received and prepped daily, dressings are made in-house in small batches, and your bowl is composed after you order — never pre-boxed and shelved.

If your first bowl isn't what you hoped, tell us within 24 hours and we'll remake it or credit you — no interrogation. We'd rather fix a bowl than lose a regular.
